Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on all non-custom and non- personalized items.  As each custom item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or personalized items. Mistakes do happen, though and we welcome the opportunity to make things right. Please notify us within 24 hours after delivery (including photos) of any mistakes, problems, or damage in order we can refund or replace as soon as possible.

You can shorten the length of your car charm by following the steps below:1.Unclip the breakaway clasp and push the knotted ends of the cord up through the hole.2.Tie a knot on each end further down the cord.3.Trim the cord and quickly singe the ends with a lighter.4.Pull the breakaway clasp parts back up over the knots. Pick ups are done at my home in Burlington, MA. I provide a weather safe box for customers to complete a contactless porch pick up.Shipping is also free if you are unable to pick up!
