Shipping Policy

We offer secure local pick up or free shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage which takes 3-8 business days. Upgraded shipping is available at an additional cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery on all non-custom and non- personalized items. As each custom item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or personalized items.

Mistakes do happen, though and we welcome the opportunity to make things right. Please notify us within 24 hours after delivery (including photos) of any mistakes, problems, or damage in order we can refund or replace as soon as possible.
