Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped for free via USPS Ground Advantage which takes 3-8 business days. Upgraded shipping is available at an additional cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

As each pen is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Mistakes do happen, though and we welcome the opportunity to make things right. Please notify us within 24 hours after delivery (including photos) of any mistakes, problems, or damage in order we can refund or replace as soon as possible.
